PAYMENT: 
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. The madeit store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Australian Buyers are welcome to pay via bank deposit. Bank Details will be provided at the end of the checkout process - so please be sure to write them down then.

Non-payment after 3 days of placing your order will result in a cancellation of your order. Please pay promptly to avoid this happening.

SHIPPING: 

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping within Australia is FREE for regular shipping (includes tracking only). Regular delivery with tracking and a signature on delivery is an additonal $2.95 per order. Express delivery  is available for an additional $3.50 per order. During peak times such as Christmas, orders may be delayed. If this is the case you will be notified immediately of any delays.

 International shipping is charged at a rate of $18.00 for the first item, and $3.00 per additional item per order. 

 Any significant overcharges will be compensated with something a little extra in your order. Only after full payment of your order has been collected will your order be posted.

 Silver Spoon Vintage does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels once posted. All orders are securely packaged to help prevent any damage that may occur during the postage process. Loss of parcels through the postal system is not covered by us.

DISCLAIMER, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 
The hand stamping process is not perfect. Minor imperfections are all part of the character of our pieces, and therefore we cannot guarantee letters will line up perfectly or be stamped exactly the same. Silverware will be chosen from available stocks at the time the order is placed.

All silverware is vintage, sourced from antique stores and antique auctions from around the world - so they may or may not have been used in a previous life, and may or may not show small signs of wear - fine scratches, small amounts of tarnishing, etc.. - these are all considering part of the vintage look of the item. Silverware will be chosen from available stocks. Special requests must be made via the notes section of the checkout. Contact must be made within 7 days of the recieval of your items for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Return postage is at the buyers expense and must be via tracked postage. A tracking number must be supplied. Refund of the purchase price will be made upon receival of the returned goods.
